After the success of in-branch workshops, Société Générale call on Brainsonic to target an even wider audience

Following the success of Cafés 2.0, a series of workshops held in a number of branches, Société Générale wanted to extend the initiative in order to reach an even larger audience. In order to achieve this, they invited to Brainsonic to design, produce and promote an online version of Cafés 2.0.

The in-branch Cafés 2.0 workshops proved to be a highly effective way of providing informal training sessions in areas such as internet banking, personal data security and e-commerce. The online Café 2.0  enabled Société Générale to continue doing this, as well as to reach an even wider audience through organizing a series of interactive meetings with clients and prospects.

Using a Live Timeline, short interactive workshops were held every Thursday morning between November 6 and December 11 2014. Each of these workshops was hosted by an expert from CCM Benchmark, an online advertising group, and a Brainsonic consultant. Though diffused online, the workshops were designed, produced and conducted in much the same way as live television programs.
