Almost 13 000 employees in 23 different countries took part in #SociableDay, an informative and interactive audiovisual event dedicated to social media organized by Sage in collaboration with Brainsonic. The launch of the Sociabble employee advocacy platform was a central element of the event.

On Tuesday May 26 2015, 13 000 Sage employees took part in #SociableDay, a company-wide conference dedicated to social media and associated best practices.

The concept? A 40-minute video produced by Brainsonic, subtitled in five languages and broadcast in 100 locations in 23 countries over a period of 24 hours.

The objective? To boost employees’ awareness of social media best practices, as well as the benefits of using social networks as a powerful amplification tool.

The result? An operation followed all over the world, generating high levels of engagement among Sage teams as well as social media audiences – over 5000 event-related tweets were recorded.

This global initiative is emblematic of Sage’s digital transformation, which has been embraced by employees throughout the organization and will be accompanied in the long run by Brainsonic. The latter will drive internal transformation at Sage thanks to two tools: the Sociabble employee advocacy platform, available to all employees via SalesForce, and Sage Academy, a series of advanced social media training sessions organized for marketing, HR, sales and R&D teams.
