Accenture launches an innovative social gaming initiative to engage employees in company activity and drive collaboration throughout the organization.

Accenture has teamed up with Brainsonic to launch an informative, interactive and innovative internal communication initiative: Accenture Superhero Collaboration Game.
Based on the concept of social gaming, Accenture Superhero Collaboration Game focuses on challenges and collaboration, boosting the engagement of Accenture employees. The rules of the game (which lends itself to teamwork) are simple: Accenture employees must travel through and complete different universes within the ‘Island of Performance’, demonstrating core Accenture skills such as strategic thinking and technological expertise, in order to acquire new company insights and win as many points as possible.
From quizzes to ‘In Real Life’ (IRL) games, challenges to leaderboards and rewards (both individually and within teams), Accenture Collaboration Superhero Game involves and engages employees in order to drive internal communication and enhance company training.
Sharing, collaboration, engagement and empowerment are the core values of the initiative, which boosts the achievement of company objectives.
