One week of live broadcasts for the 13,000 employees under the Engineering division of Airbus.

People’s Development is the internal program at Airbus dedicated to personal development of the business employees of the Divisions Airbus Engineering, and also serves as a platform for introducing tools. The « Live » event involves a week of video broadcasts, including a tour of the studios of Airbus in Toulouse, transmitted to sites around the world (France, Spain, Germany, the UK, the US and India).

The innovative format, shot 100% in English, allowed employees to ask questions to more than 40 management representatives over the course of the different sessions as hosted by a moderating journalist.
