BNP Paribas Investment Partners renews its multi-profile investment line: the PROFILEA line. But how should the presentation of the evolving PROFILEA line be tailored to the risk profile that clients were liking for?
Brainsonic has created a product that plunges users into the heart of a resolutely interactive video experience and re-emphasises the direct link between the customer and the banking consultant.
The first part of the video shows a consultant who presents the PROFILEA line in a modern bank branch setting. Everything is recreated here (ambient noise, extras in the background etc.) to foster the atmosphere of a bank. The consultant in the foreground summarises all the relevant information in a very sure and informative way. Her message is clear and enhanced by visual animations that link the key principles and illustrate them with animated graphics.
The second part of the site allows a user to “handle” their video avatar using their mouse. The avatar, represented by a relaxed-looking actor, selects the profile that he wishes to receive information about. Each profile is then presented by means of an instructional and informative animation where the “visual approach” prevails over the text traditionally used to describe this kind of financial product. The animations are in perfect sync to the actor’s voice-over, giving greater impact to the video.
